These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 77php online gaming platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By creating a 77php account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play at 77php. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR guidelines. Providing false age information is a serious violation and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 77php account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts by the same individual will be voided and the accounts suspended pending review.
All bonuses and promotional credits at 77php are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms at the time of offer.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes stated in the Payments section. The minimum deposit is ₱100 and the minimum withdrawal is ₱200. All transactions must use payment methods registered in your own name.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and money laundering are strictly prohibited at 77php. Any account found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.
77php provides deposit limits, session controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Players who self-exclude may not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening new accounts. Responsible gaming support resources are available at any time via the 77php platform.

These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and 77php.
If you are accessing the 77php platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. In all cases, the individual using the account is personally responsible for compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
77php reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
To register and maintain an account at 77php, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
77php reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 77php platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77php will close all but the earliest-registered account and may void any bon uses or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. 77php is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
77php may, at its sole discretion, decline to register any applicant without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the platform, which remains subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77php account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access or use your account.
All transactions and wagers placed using your account credentials are deemed to have been made by you and are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized them. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 77php immediately at [email protected].
77php will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 77php that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
77php accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed in the cashier section of the platform. The available payment methods and their associated minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and may change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit at 77php is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 77php account balance instantly upon successful processing. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which may take additional time depending on the sending institution.
If a deposit is credited to your account in error, you must notify 77php immediately. You may not wager funds that you know or reasonably suspect have been credited in error. 77php reserves the right to reverse any erroneous credit at any time.
The minimum withdrawal amount at 77php is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or pending account verification.
77php reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 77php will notify you of the delay and the reason where legally permissible.
77php offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, the records maintained by 77php shall be the definitive reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game in question.
All slot games, RNG table games, and virtual sports titles on the 77php platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RNG systems used by 77php game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published in the game information panel.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77php platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77php shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
77php does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77php will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 77php's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 77php's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77php account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 77php's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
